Share Your Story Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The “Share Your Story” giveaway is organised and administered by Mobility Extra Solutions Ltd, Unit 8, Mead Park Industrial Estate, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2SE. Company Number:14472821 (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility

• This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

• Entrants must be the registered owner or primary user of an electric wheelchair purchased from Mobility Extra Solutions Ltd.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• One entry per person is permitted.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must submit either a photo or a short video testimonial showing how they use their electric wheelchair in day-to-day life.

• Entries can be submitted by email to info@mobilityextra.co.uk or via the online submission form at [insert form URL].

• Each entry should include the participant’s name and a short description or caption.

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.

4. Entry Period

• The giveaway is ongoing with no set end date.

• Entries received will be automatically included in the next monthly prize draw.

• The Promoter reserves the right to close or amend the giveaway at any time. Any changes will be clearly communicated on our website and/or social media channels.

5. Prize

• One winner will receive a free battery for their electric wheelchair each month.

• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• A winner will be selected at random once a month from all eligible entries received up to that point.

• Each winner will be notified by email within 7 working days of the draw date.

• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• Non-winning entries will automatically roll over into the following month’s draw unless withdrawn by the entrant.

7. Content and Usage Rights

• By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit and publish their submitted photo, video and accompanying text on the Promoter’s website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.

• Entrants must only submit content they own or have permission to share.

• The Promoter reserves the right to edit content for clarity, length or format without altering its meaning.

8. Data Protection

• Any personal data submitted will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy https://www.mobilityextra.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy.

• Personal information will only be used to administer the giveaway and to communicate with entrants about their submission.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these Terms and Conditions if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.

• The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
